I.
RELEASE
The first thirty days.

Notice what you are carrying. The labels assigned to you by family, by work, by the women you thought you had to be. Name them on the page. Sit with the weight of each one. Then begin the practice of putting them down. This phase is honesty. Without honesty, nothing that follows holds.

II.
RECLAIM
Days thirty-one through sixty.

With space cleared, ask what is yours. Not what you should want. Not what others expect. What is genuinely yours. Your standards. Your voice. The decisions you make when no one is watching. This phase is quiet authority. The labels you keep from here forward are chosen, not inherited.

III.
RISE
Days sixty-one through ninety.

Practice the life that comes from the reclaimed self. Small daily acts of alignment. Saying no when the answer is no. Saying yes when the answer is yes. Letting the new shape of you be visible to the people who love you. This phase is integration. Not performance. Not announcement. Just the steady living of who you actually are.
